About Megan

As your postpartum doula and certified pediatric sleep consultant, I’m here to support you as you rest, recover, and bond with your new baby. I help families navigate the challenges of the fourth trimester with emotional, practical, and sleep support tailored to your unique needs—whether it’s managing bedtime struggles, early wake-ups, or simply carving out time to rest.

I’m proud to be trained through DONA International and certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I believe every family—traditional, non-traditional, LGBTQIA+, adoptive, or foster—deserves compassionate care in the early weeks of parenting.

Sleep is vital for both babies and parents. With expert, evidence-based guidance, I can help your family establish healthy sleep habits from infancy through early childhood—so everyone can thrive.

I live with my husband and my 11-year-old in Baltimore, MD. When I am not providing postpartum and sleep support, you can find me hiking, reading, or spending time with family and friends.

Testimonials

Jessica and Matthew
I loved working with Megan. She helped care for our now 4 month old second child Rowan recently for about 2 months.
She was kind as well as very helpful and always asking what she could do to make things easier. She was a great listening ear for all the things baby, birth, and beyond. She mostly helped us with infant care, bottle and pump part washing, laundry folding, and making snacks, like muffins. The resources she shared with me as print outs I kept on our fridge because they were so helpful. She also had recommendations for other providers, like a pelvic floor therapist.
I honestly felt like I was having a friend or family come hang out and watch the family after a visit or two. All in all, highly recommend working with her! I don't have any complaints, truly. I will only say I wish I had hired her sooner, knowing what I know now. It was vital for me having someone who cared about my mental health just as much as my new baby, especially this second time around. Highly recommend working with her!

Megan provided postpartum doula support for me in the weeks following my delivery. Megan is very knowledgeable and hands on. Her support assisted me in getting well needed rest! She also provided resources and referral to support my postpartum recovery.

We loved having Megan! She is so great with our newborn and very reliable. Hopping on a zoom call with her to talk about sleep shaping with our newborn to get better sleep at night was really helpful. Our newborn started to get better sleep at nap times and at night after one sleep consult! As a postpartum therapist myself, I recommend her and her services to help with any postpartum anxiety, depression, or baby blues that may come up for new parents in the fourth trimester. Even one night a week of guaranteed sleep is worth the investment!

Megan supported me through the post-partum period of all three of my sons. Some births were complicated and others were smooth sailing and Megan somehow knew instinctively how to best support me during that nebulous period when I couldn't really articulate what exactly I needed. Her grounded, steady presence was just what I needed to keep me feeling assured.

She's got a great sense of humor and her spirit oozes with love and compassion. There is no way I am having a fourth child, but if I was I would have Megan by my side in those months postpartum, no question!
