I will nurture you and your family while you rest, recover, and bond with your new baby or babies. I want to help you adjust to the many changes and challenges you will encounter during the fourth trimester. It is my belief that when you have support, you will feel confident in your parenting and your growing family will flourish!
About Megan
As your postpartum doula and certified pediatric sleep consultant, I’m here to support you as you rest, recover, and bond with your new baby. I help families navigate the challenges of the fourth trimester with emotional, practical, and sleep support tailored to your unique needs—whether it’s managing bedtime struggles, early wake-ups, or simply carving out time to rest.
I’m proud to be trained through DONA International and certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I believe every family—traditional, non-traditional, LGBTQIA+, adoptive, or foster—deserves compassionate care in the early weeks of parenting.
Sleep is vital for both babies and parents. With expert, evidence-based guidance, I can help your family establish healthy sleep habits from infancy through early childhood—so everyone can thrive.
I live with my husband and my 11-year-old in Baltimore, MD. When I am not providing postpartum and sleep support, you can find me hiking, reading, or spending time with family and friends.

Testimonials
She was kind as well as very helpful and always asking what she could do to make things easier. She was a great listening ear for all the things baby, birth, and beyond. She mostly helped us with infant care, bottle and pump part washing, laundry folding, and making snacks, like muffins. The resources she shared with me as print outs I kept on our fridge because they were so helpful. She also had recommendations for other providers, like a pelvic floor therapist.
I honestly felt like I was having a friend or family come hang out and watch the family after a visit or two. All in all, highly recommend working with her! I don't have any complaints, truly. I will only say I wish I had hired her sooner, knowing what I know now. It was vital for me having someone who cared about my mental health just as much as my new baby, especially this second time around. Highly recommend working with her!
She's got a great sense of humor and her spirit oozes with love and compassion. There is no way I am having a fourth child, but if I was I would have Megan by my side in those months postpartum, no question!
